Don't hire an inspector who installs septic systems.

Tarps protect lawn

Some inspectors use heavy equipment to dig up your septic components.  Imagine the mess that you are left with.

Filter in the septic tank

This is not required in most towns, but it is a good idea.  Filters help to extend the life of your septic system.  They must be cleaned annually.

Additional Services

  • Soil logs are available in house if needed. $200-$600 depending on the depth.
  • We work with local professional pumpers to clean your tank if needed.
Why are your prices so cheap?

A better question is why are others so expensive.  The Title 5 Inspections are exactly the same.  We are licensed and insured.  We dig up your system with a shovel to protect your lawn.  We have locators and cameras.  We don't up sell chemicals.  We encourage the use of filters and risers on the tank, but unless the town requires them it is up to you.   I have a program for people who don't believe they get the job done right unless they pay a high price......
Feel free to pay me extra if that makes you feel better.
